CBT, EMDR, ACT: how much do you know?

Acronyms fly around, and so do promises. This quiz helps you tell what is established, what is debated and what is marketing. Each answer comes with its sources.

General information, not medical advice. To choose or change a treatment, talk to a healthcare professional.

What this content is based on

Answers are based on meta-analyses, official guidelines (WHO, American College of Physicians) and French regulations. Where the literature is divided (the role of eye movements in EMDR, the superiority of one approach over another), the question reflects that disagreement rather than ruling wrongly.
